– The guarantee covers all possible faults caused by manufacturing defect or defect of the materials used in the construction of the device.
– The duration of the guarantee of the Happylegs machine and the Manos Sanas massager is 5 years from the date of purchase. The duration of the guarantee of the external components, transformer and remote control is 2 years also from the date of purchase and against any manufacturing defect.
– In case of defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer. More information on right of withdrawal.
The guarantee loses its validity by:
– Use the device improperly or not in accordance with the instructions for use that accompany the product.
– Breakdowns caused by blows, falls, crushing, destruction by fire or water.
– Disassembly or handling of the product by personnel other than Autoergon 2002, S. L.
– The holder of the guarantee has all the minimum rights recognized by law (Law 23/2003 of Guarantees on the Sale of Consumer Goods, published in the BOE dated July 11, 2003, which incorporates Directive 1999/44 / EC, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 25, 1999).
The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile. Likewise, as an entity adhering to CONFIANZA ONLINE and in the terms of its Code of Ethics, in case of disputes related to online contracting and advertising, data protection and protection of minors, the user may resort to the dispute resolution system of CONFIDENCE ONLINE: www.confianzaonline.es

Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Autoergon 2002, S. L. will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the payment method made.
The seller responds of the lack of conformity against any manufacturing defect that manifests itself within a period of 5 years from the delivery for the Happylegs and the Manos Sanas massager and 2 years for the external components (transformer, control and additional accessories).
REPLACEMENT OF MATERIAL:
If the return is for reasons that the product has not arrived in the desired conditions, we inform you that all shipping costs are paid by Autoergon 2002, S. L. and it would be replaced by another completely new product. If the product is not returned in the same original packaging, it will suffer a depreciation.
